Privacy Policy
Daily Zikr is designed as a private, local-first daily practice utility. The app does not require an account, does not show ads, does not include analytics SDKs, and does not include third-party tracking SDKs.
Data Collection
Daily Zikr does not collect personal data from you. App settings, practice history, and user-added dhikr entries are stored locally on your device.
Location and Motion
Daily Zikr may request location permission only when you use the Qibla screen. Location is used to calculate the direction to the Kaaba. Motion and compass information may be used for direction feedback on the Qibla screen. This information is not recorded, sold, or shared by Daily Zikr.
User-Added Content
If you add your own dhikr entries, that content stays on your device. Daily Zikr does not upload, review, or publish user-added entries.
Third-Party Services
The app does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Bundled source notices may reference external projects used for practice content sources and acknowledgements, such as MuslimData iOS and Dua & Dhikr API by FitraHive.
Children's Privacy
Daily Zikr does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, we do not maintain a database of users or user profiles.
Data Deletion
You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. iOS may also provide system-level controls for app permissions and storage.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
