Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Mood Button, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the App Does

Mood Button is an iPhone app for private voice mood journaling. It lets you record short voice notes, turn them into diary text, review entries through calendar and search views, and optionally unlock additional home skins.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

The app is a personal diary tool. It does not provide medical care, mental health diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or treatment advice. Mood labels and summaries are only lightweight review aids. For urgent, medical, or safety-related needs, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.

4. Local AI and Accuracy

AI-generated diary text, titles, summaries, mood signals, and keywords may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important details should be checked against your original notes and your own judgment.

5. Your Content

Your recordings and diary text belong to you. You are responsible for the content you record, export, or share. Do not use the app to store or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Optional Purchases

The core diary flow remains available without buying optional skins. Additional home skins may be sold as a non-consumable one-time unlock. Prices are shown by the App Store in your local currency. Purchases, restores, refunds, and Family Sharing eligibility are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

7. Apple Standard EULA

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date will change when the Terms are updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
