BeRaw for Behance
Chrome extension · v 0.1.8

Pull raw images off Behance.
No compression. No hassle.

BeRaw scans any Behance project, outlines every large image, and lets you grab them — one by one, or the whole set as a ZIP.

Free for personal use · BSL 1.1 · Works with behance.net/* · Chrome Web Store coming soon

Why BeRaw

Most Behance downloaders grab preview-sized images or make you click-save one at a time. BeRaw doesn't.

🔎

Finds the raw file

BeRaw rewrites Behance CDN paths to the /source/ variant — the full-resolution file designers actually uploaded, not the downsized preview you see in the feed.

🧺

Basket + bulk ZIP

Tick the images you want — in the side panel or directly on each image — then grab them all as one ZIP. No per-file "save as" prompts on Windows.

🎨

Format you can use

Keep the original bytes, or force JPG/PNG. WebP is transcoded to JPG at maximum quality because half your tools still don't open WebP.

🌐

Twelve languages

简体/繁體中文, English, 日本語, 한국어, Français, Deutsch, Español, Português, Русский, Italiano, Tiếng Việt. Auto-detects your browser; switch anytime in Settings.

How it works

1

Open a Behance project

BeRaw runs only on behance.net. It looks for large <img> tags (ignores avatars, badges, icons) and outlines them in blue.

2

Select what you want

Click Select on any image, or Select all in the side panel. A red outline means it's in the basket.

3

Pick a format

Original keeps Behance's bytes. Auto converts only WebP. JPG/PNG forces everything into one format.

4

Download

Hit Download selected (ZIP) for the whole basket, or Download image on any image overlay for just that one.

How BeRaw compares

We respect every other Behance tool. This is just what makes BeRaw different.

Quick answers

Does BeRaw bypass paywalls or private projects?

No. BeRaw only sees what your browser already loads. Private or drafted projects, or content behind a login you don't have — BeRaw can't get those either.

Why "Original" instead of just "best quality"?

"Original" means no re-encoding. BeRaw rewrites Behance's preview URL (like /disp/…) to the /source/… variant and saves the bytes as-is. That's the uncompressed file the designer actually uploaded.

Can I use BeRaw for client work / portfolios?

Downloaded work still belongs to its creator. BeRaw is meant for mood boards, design research, and personal reference. Don't redistribute someone else's work, and credit creators when you use their designs as inspiration.

Will it work on Dribbble / Pinterest / other sites?

Not today. BeRaw is scoped to behance.net/* by design — the URL-rewriting logic is Behance-specific. A sibling extension for Dribbble is on the roadmap.

How do I add a new language?

Open local/locales.js, copy the en block, translate the strings. Open a PR — we'll ship it.

Is BeRaw free for my team at work?

Personal use is always free. Use by a company, team, or any organization needs a commercial license — email zikedece@proton.me. On 2030-04-22 the license auto-converts to Apache 2.0 and the commercial restriction lifts.
